On hardware you own
You choose and acquire the hardware. We license the software for your machine. Hardware selection and acquisition are solely your independent decision.
Deploy privately
The Workstation and Intelligence Engine are designed to run on a GPU machine you own. Your watchlists, holdings, notes, and questions never leave your network.
The software is in development. No software license or hardware is offered for sale on this site. This page describes intended deployment solutions, not a current offer, solicitation, or commitment to supply.
Solutions
The software is hardware-agnostic. It runs on a wide range of CUDA-capable devices, including consumer-grade cards, as well as CPUs. Performance varies by hardware.

A CPU-only license is available where GPU use is not authorized. It does not authorize GPU use.
If you ask, we may introduce you to a hardware vendor. The vendor sells and ships the hardware directly. We do not sell hardware, recommend specific controlled hardware, or assist in procurement. If a referral arrangement is in place, we may receive a referral fee from the vendor; the vendor sets the price.
A dedicated machine in a third-party data center, or a cloud instance you control. Remote users would be identity-verified and access logged. Cloud instances with controlled GPUs require additional contractual representations and diligence.
Import signed sector packs and software updates from an offline bundle. The system is designed to work with zero outbound connections.
Our planned Apache-2.0 providers for public data run anywhere Python runs. They are independent of the closed engine and can be used on their own.
Deployment, training, custom public-data sources, and custom analytics. Any engagement is subject to the same compliance review.
The software is designed to run on high-performance computing GPUs, including NVIDIA GB300, B300, H200, and similar CUDA-capable devices, as well as CPUs. Performance varies by hardware. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by NVIDIA. These examples are not recommendations, offers, or commitments that any specific hardware is available or exportable. Hardware selection and acquisition are solely the customer's independent decision.
We publish reference profiles as compatibility examples, from a desktop GPU to data-center systems. A reference profile is not a recommendation, an offer, or a commitment that any specific hardware is available or exportable. See the reference profiles.
Where the planned hardware configuration, destination, end user, or end use requires a U.S. government export license or other government authorization, we may require a copy of that license or authorization before enabling GPU features. Where no license is required, we may accept a written no-license opinion from your counsel, subject to our review and acknowledgement. We may ask our counsel to review the opinion if there is any ambiguity, controlled configuration, high-risk destination, or red flag. A hardware vendor's written authorization may be requested as supporting evidence, but it is not a substitute for a government license where one is required. If the required evidence is not provided, we may refuse the GPU-enabled license or offer a CPU-only license. A CPU-only license does not authorize GPU use. We do not obtain the government license on the customer's behalf.
Customers must not resell, re-export, or divert hardware or software to prohibited destinations or end users, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, embargoed countries or regions, restricted parties, or prohibited end uses. False or incomplete disclosure is a material breach and may result in immediate termination. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any transaction that does not satisfy our compliance requirements. See the Export Compliance Statement.

Hardware disclosure
GDLG is a software company. We do not sell, manufacture, or distribute hardware. We do not have any hardware partnership to announce. If you ask, we may introduce you to hardware vendors; the vendor sells and ships directly. We do not recommend specific controlled hardware or assist in procurement. If a referral arrangement is in place, we may receive a referral fee from the vendor; the vendor sets the price, and the fee does not change the customer's price. Any referral arrangement will be disclosed. With your consent, we may share the minimum necessary information with a hardware vendor for its independent screening. We do not rely solely on the vendor's screening for our own compliance.
Hardware, appliance bundles, and hosted machines are subject to U.S. export control and sanctions laws. We do not sell, ship, host, or provide access to these products for embargoed or sanctioned countries or regions, restricted parties, or prohibited end uses. As a matter of policy, we do not sell hardware or bundles to customers in mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macau, or to entities ultimately owned or controlled by parties located there. Every order requires screening, an end-use and end-user certificate, and verification of the installation location.
